Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1-3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Estimates & Rates

We offer international shipping to the United States, Canada, and Australia. Delivery times and costs are as follows:

Note: Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. They can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures or remote locations.

3. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

5. Damaged or Lost Items

If you received your order damaged, please contact us at support@kiyotoae.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
